This digital download includes everything you need to create a Yoto card with 20 emotionally intelligent songs with thoughtful lyrics! These mellow, mindful songs are meant to create space for big conversations while promoting emotional resilience + a growth mindset. The songs were curated with 2-7 year olds in mind.
Please note that this is not a physical Yoto card, but mp3s and digital assets for you to add to a MYO card. And for Toniebox families, the songs can be added to Creative Tonies as well!
It includes a collection of existing songs from all of my albums as well as pixel icons, a printable sticker for your MYO card, and instruction for how to set up your card.

Just wanted to say thank you for making your music available so that we could put it on a yoto card. I thought it was going to be really tricky, but it was surprisingly easy. My grand daughter asks for your music all the time and I find gentle hands really helpful to play at tricky times. Worry never changed a thing is one of my favourites and so many of your words are equally important for us adults as they are the kids :-)
I've been waiting for a way to support Mama Nous aside from Spotify. My 8 yr old got a yoto for his birthday and has grown up with your songs so it was the perfect gift.
We’ve been loving Mama Nous! The songs are so sweet and feel really relevant to what my kids are going through and learning right now. They’re so easy to sing together, and I love that they somehow manage to calm all of us down. It’s become such a nice little way to connect and slow down together.
We bought the previous version of this card - it had a few different songs on it, but we absolutely LOVE it! My daughter was so excited to see she had a card she could listen to on her Yoto. We love how Mama Nous songs teach us how to listen to our bodies, have healthy boundaries, and treat others with kindness-- in a memorable song form!
