it's my love letter to every parent who's doing their best to show up for their kids as their whole self and to every adult who's nurturing their inner child in the way they deserve.

i hope these songs provide a compassionate witness to your inner child wounds and gentle tools + mindset shifts to show up as the adult you needed when you were a kid. i hope they help you navigate big conversations with little ones and hold yourself with care. and i really hope you love them as much as i do!
