I CAN DO HARD THINGS: Printable Visual Schedule & Reward Chart for Grownups

Adulting is hard and grownups deserve reward charts too! Even if the reward is just the dopamine hit you get from the sensory experience of moving a cute little badge from one side of a chart to another, I think we need to be better about celebrating our wins when we do hard things. 

This bundle comes with 3 printable PDFs and assembly instructions to create:

• A 2-sided I CAN DO HARD THINGS board: one side has space for 6 Hard Cards with tasks that you need to do or have gotten done. The other side holds all of the Hard Cards you're not using
• 50+ Hard Cards with custom illustrations in a variety of skin tones that cover daily/weekly tasks that you deserve a reward for completing

This is a digital product that you'll need to print and assemble yourself: you'll receive 3 printable PDF files that you'll need to print in color, laminate, and add your own velcro dots. It will cost about $10 in supplies to put the whole thing together and I've included detailed instructions on how to do it (including how to get it printed/laminated if that sort of thing gives you anxiety)! 

The Hard Cards cover tasks that range in difficulty: if you're chronically ill or in an especially hard season, you might want to use your board to keep up with daily tasks like brushing your teeth, taking a shower, and taking your meds. If you have more capacity, you can use it to keep track of the big things that you need to tackle this week that you've been putting off: making an appointment, going to the doctor, or finally tackling laundry mountain.

It makes a great visual schedule for neurodivergent folks, especially my fellow ADHDers who struggle with prioritization and procrastination. And the cards are so cute that they might just give you the motivation you need to finally do the thing!!!
