This digital download comes with a ~12m guided audiobook that uses straightforward language + 5 original songs to start the conversation about Big Feelings and help little ones develop emotional awareness and emotional regulation skills. I wrote it with my 3 year olds in mind, but the concepts apply to kids up to age 8!
You'll also get a downloadable mp3 of each song, a 10-page PDF with lyrics and coloring pages so your kids can follow along, as well as a Resource Guide for Grownups with some tips and ideas for how to continue the conversations!
