I am empty nested and love these songs for all ages!
Growing up we didn’t really talk about our emotions if you weren’t happy you could not talk about it. I want to teach my kids that all emotions as ok and how to deal with them. This album is a great start to some wonderful conversations I’ve had with my kids and spouse.

I got the album for myself after seeing one of your tremendous videos on FB--I think the "I'm Proud of Myself"... 'cause I did that thing that I didn't want to do. I also sent copies of the CD to my three sisters to play with their grandkids. That was the overt reason. As soon as I started listening to your music, it worked almost like EMDR for me. I actually pictured a music fairy playing some of these songs in my ear during our very dysfunctional childhood. I can't tell you how meaningful this is, in addition to talk therapy. I thought my sisters might not understand if I told them the CDs were actually for them--my little sisters that I couldn't protect then. I hope they also find comfort and joy as I have--and the same to all your listeners. You also have a very nice voice! Thank you for what you do, and blessings to your little family too.
Very calming and positive music to share with my grandchildren and myself. I was drawn to the song/mantra, worrying has never changed a thing.
